How do I redeem a voucher or pass?
At our box office or online (follow these instructions). If you have issues redeeming a voucher/pass online, please email us and include your voucher numbers and expiration dates.
Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
Please note all tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. Share the love, pass them onto a friend.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Your name should be at the door. You can also login to your account to check and re-send your tickets. If contacting us, please include your email address you booked the tickets under.
Can I reserve a seat?
Our seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (but there is not a bad seat in the house).
What about food and drinks?
Food and drinks are available at the bar before, during and after the film, and can be taken into the cinema. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Where should I park?
Car parking available at the Goulburn Street car park, located on the corner of Goulburn and Elizabeth streets, or metered parking is available on the surrounding streets (be careful, ticket inspectors are vicious!).
What’s the closest train station?
Central Station and Museum Station are both a five-minute walk away from Golden Age.
Can I bring kids?
All persons under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
What about disabled access?
We provide full disabled access. If possible, please email email@example.com in advance with the film/date/time you are attending.
Can I be a jerk?
No. We reserve the right to refuse entry or send you packing if you are annoying in any way.
